The heat starts fruity from gochugaru, builds smoky from chile guajillo, and lingers with a fiery kick from chile de árbol.

Extra virgin olive oil, shallots, and garlic form the aromatic base, while a touch of hand-ground anchovy powder adds umami depth.

Sea salt, honey, and apple cider vinegar round it out with a very subtle, salty-sweet tang that balances the burn.
